All Reservations made on Cape Cod Ocean Resorts for the Breakers Beach Resort's in Dennisport have up until 72 hours prior to their arrival to cancel their reservation.  Reservations that fail to cancel within 72 hours will be charged the equal of one nights stay.  All reservations will be charged a one night stay deposit.  Refunds on deposits will be issued if the reservation is cancelled 72 hours prior to your arrival.
