Come and experience Old Cape Cod at the Sea Shell Motel.  The Sea Shell is an old but quaint motel that  has its own private beach and offers vacation rentals on Cape Cod. This quaint sixteen-unit motel offers oceanfront accommodations with private balconies along the waterfront  rooms.  In addition, we offer two, two-bedroom lodging suites overlooking Nantucket Sound.  In season rates run from July 1st through August  31st while off season rates run mid May to June 30th and then again September 1st to mid October. Book early as rooms fill fast.

During July and early August, we serve a continental breakfast, which includes a variety of toast, English muffins, donuts, coffee and a juices.  The motel offers an outdoor deck with tables and chairs along with gas grills for your convenience should you decide to prepare and eat your meals here.  The Sea Shell is one of Cape Cod's most soothing, private, and charming motels.  If you are looking for a Pet Friendly motel on Cape Cod, The Sea Shell has designated Pet Friendly rooms for dogs of all sizes.  (Sorry cat lover's, dogs only!)

Reservation & Refund Policy

All reservation payments will be processed at the time of the reservation. If cancellation is made at least 2 weeks prior to start of reservation period, deposit is returned minus a $25 processing fee.  If cancellation occcurs less than 2 weeks prior to start of reservation period, a processing fee of 35% of rental for entire reservation is applied.   For reservations taken less than 2 weeks prior to start of reservation period, a processing fee of 35% of rental for entire reservation period is applied.

Enjoy Cape Cod with your best friend this summmer! We have designated rooms for our furry friends and a lovely beach private beach that the dogs can enjoy with you! (Dogs are not allowed on beaches Memorial Day through Labor Day … town ordinance.) Designated rooms are limited so please confirm availability with motel staff.  Owners are responsible for any damages caused  by their pets.  We also ask for a copy of current vacinations indicating good health.  Please clean up after your pet.  Owners must not leave pets alone for more than two hours at a time. If you are looking to BBQ with family and friends, we have 2 BBQ Grills on our back deck for your use.  Each morning from July until late August we have a continental breakfast for our guest from 8am - 9:30pm.  Staying at the Sea Shell Motel entitles you to use the indoor and outdoor pools at the Soundings  throughout your stay The Sea Shell Motel is not a time shared operation, nor is it owned by any time share companies.
